Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), a French public financial institution, wanted to accelerate its digital transformation to improve agility and launch new citizen-focused services. Vermeg supported CDC in this effort as it moved from a traditional customer-supplier IT model toward a more collaborative, scaled agile approach.

With Vermeg’s support, CDC built agile teams and service platforms for key public services such as training, disability, and elderly support, including the “Mon compte formation” mobile app. The transformation helped CDC reach 25 million citizens through online training, with the app downloaded more than 1 million times, while also improving internal efficiency, performance, and employee skills.
