How YMCA Trinity Group Quickly Installed Cameras to Gain Remote Access to Sites

YMCA Trinity Group, a UK nonprofit serving communities across the east of England, faced aging DVR systems, multiple incompatible site management platforms, and the need for centralized remote access and GDPR-compliant video storage. Facilities and Maintenance Manager Jon Cooper evaluated Verkada’s hybrid cloud CCTV and Command web management to replace disparate legacy systems and meet the organisation’s security and privacy requirements.

Verkada deployed plug-and-play hybrid cloud cameras and the Command platform (using simple PoE connections and EU AWS storage), which passed YMCA Trinity Group’s penetration testing and GDPR checks.
