With Verizon Connect live maps, vehicle tracking reports, driver behavior data, and asset tracking, Annapolis gained real-time visibility into more than 300 vehicles and additional fire apparatus and assets. The city improved response times, supported proximity dispatching, verified work activity and timesheets, managed take-home vehicle use, and reduced risk and fuel waste while better serving residents.
