CJ Auto Parts captures proof of road rage and dog bites with easy-to-install Verizon Connect dashcams

CJ Auto Parts, Inc., a Kalispell, Montana-based auto parts distributor, needed better visibility into its delivery fleet than handheld scanners and phones could provide. The company wanted to track vehicle locations, monitor maintenance needs, and improve accountability and safety across nearly 40 delivery vehicles, while also gathering evidence in case of accidents or other liability issues. Verizon Connect Reveal with Integrated Video and dual-facing AI dashcams was chosen to help solve these fleet management challenges.

Verizon Connect implemented Reveal and installed dual-facing dashcams across most of the fleet, giving CJ Auto Parts real-time vehicle tracking, maintenance alerts, safety reporting, and video evidence from the field. The system helped the company identify speeding incidents, reduce the dispatcher’s workload with automated service reminders, and capture critical footage during dangerous events such as a road-rage confrontation and a dog bite incident. CJ Auto Parts said the solution was “a godsend,” improving driver safety and giving the business much stronger operational oversight.
