IDP Education delivers digital experience to students

IDP Education worked with Verizon Business to modernize its student service operations as it expanded across 40 countries. The organization was relying on analog systems that made it hard to track students, measure success, and meet the high expectations of students in competitive international education markets.

Verizon Business implemented Virtual Contact Center with IP Contact Center services in most countries, with Virtual Contact Center, Software-Defined WAN, and Unified Communications and Collaboration as a Service planned for India, supported by a technical account manager.
