Verizon Business implemented Cat-M1 connectivity, Verizon ThingSpace APIs, and VPN security to help HappyOrNot automatically activate, manage, and protect its terminals while keeping battery use low and deployment simple. The result was smooth rollout and reliable, scalable connectivity that supports more than 30,000 Smiley Terminals worldwide, serving over 4,000 customers and enabling quick, one-second surveys and timely customer satisfaction data at scale.
