Apatinska Pivara, a Serbian brewery and part of Molson Coors, was facing inefficiencies in its promotion management across different departments. The company engaged the vendor Veritico to help centralize its process and create a more data-driven workflow.
Veritico implemented its PROMO solution to establish a single source of truth for all promotion data and a clear end-to-end workflow connecting planning, execution, and evaluation. This included building logic to measure pre- and post-promotion effects and cannibalization. As a result, Apatinska Pivara increased its promotional margin by 1.5% and gained better strategic and operational control over its promotions.
