Korean credit card firm, Lotte Card, boosted compliance and data security with Veritas, improving oversight and efficiency

Lotte Card faced rising cyber threats and data leakage incidents while rolling out Microsoft Teams, and needed stronger security monitoring across M365 to meet regulatory and internal policy requirements. To address this, they turned to Veritas Technologies and its data compliance and governance solutions to detect and monitor personal information in Teams and other Microsoft 365 content.

Veritas Technologies implemented Merge1, Enterprise Vault, and VAS to collect, archive, tag, and continuously supervise data across Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and SharePoint. The result was improved legal compliance, reduced exposure risk, better visibility into personal information, and greater operational efficiency through more effective M365 data management and faster traceability.
