Swift Resolutions, Inc., a field services and property preservation firm operating in seven Midwestern states, needed a better way to communicate the full context behind default servicing bids—line-item lists and photos alone didn’t convey smells, conditions, or other important nuances. To solve this, Swift Resolutions adopted Verisk’s cost-estimation platform, XactPRM.
Using Verisk’s XactPRM—which enables photos and detailed notes on individual line items and leverages Verisk’s regularly updated pricing database—Swift Resolutions produced more context-rich, geographically localized bids; they now complete estimates 12x faster, grew from about 2,500 to nearly 17,000 annual estimates, doubled in size, and achieved higher and faster bid approval rates. Swift Resolutions has also invested in Verisk’s PPW project-management solution to support continued growth.
