Verisk’s ClaimXperience let State Auto shift many claims to remote handling, cutting the median time from first notice of loss to finished inspection from 4.1 days to under 2.5 hours for self-inspections, settling a storm-related carport collapse within two hours, and earning pilot participants ratings of 9–10 for ease and satisfaction. The solution delivered measurable time, travel and expense savings and helped State Auto maintain high customer service while scaling virtual claims operations.
