Administrative Strategies, an independent adjuster/TPA serving the flood industry, needed a way to collaborate better with carriers, policyholders and field adjusters, standardize estimating on one platform, integrate mobile tools, and use data to improve workflows. They partnered with Verisk (via Xactware Consulting Services) to adopt Xactimate Professional, XactAnalysis, ClaimXperience and EDI to modernize their flood-claims operations.
Verisk’s Xactware Consulting team shadowed staff, redesigned workflows, implemented mobile estimation, ClaimXperience and XactAnalysis rules, and established training protocols. Those changes produced measurable gains: a 72% time savings for document-upload notifications, a 65% average reduction in XactAnalysis claim cycle time from 2019 to 2020, and a 76% faster return of Flood Preliminary and Final forms, while also driving FEMA-form updates and enabling effective virtual adjusting during COVID-19.
