Verisae centralized alarm and work order data, filtered duplicate and inaccurate alarms, and automated workflows to speed response and dispatch repairs. The results included 66% of refrigeration work orders coming from flagged conditions in the first year, equipment repairs completed 3.5 days faster than manual work orders, 97.5% of non-trading cases back in service within 24 hours, and more than a 30% reduction in controllable food loss from equipment failures.
