VakıfBank speeds loans 8x with Veripark

VakıfBank, one of Turkey's largest banks, sought to grow its retail market share and deepen customer relationships by moving services out of the branch and directly to clients. Their challenge was that their Direct Sales Team relied on inefficient paperwork and lacked access to customer data for cross-selling. To address this, VakıfBank partnered with vendor VeriPark to implement a tablet-based Doorstep Banking application.

VeriPark developed an iPad application that provided a 360-degree customer view and enabled about 90% of retail banking transactions to be performed at a customer's location. The solution allowed 2,400 agents to process over 600,000 new applications, made loan processes eight times faster, and enabled the bank to go completely paperless. VeriPark's application significantly grew VakıfBank's market share and customer satisfaction.
