First Abu Dhabi Bank migrates 19M records to the cloud with VeriPark in 5.5 months

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the largest bank in the UAE, needed a single view of customer interactions to deliver seamless experiences and reduce turnaround times. The bank partnered with vendor Veripark to implement VeriTouch, a digital CRM solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, as part of a pioneering cloud strategy.

Veripark implemented its VeriTouch CRM solution on the Azure Cloud, a first-of-its-kind implementation in the UAE. The solution provided a 360-degree customer view, automated processes with Robotic Process Automation, and successfully migrated 19 million records. This resulted in faster response times, the automation of over 350 daily letters, and a project completion from idea to execution in just 5.5 months, significantly enhancing both customer and employee experience.
