TransferGo, a rapidly growing international money transfer company, needed to enhance its customer onboarding process. Veriff's solution provided TransferGo with technology capable of verifying over 8,000 government-issued documents. The implementation of Veriff's Near Field Communication (NFC) scanning for ePassports allowed for a fast and seamless verification process on both iOS and Android devices. This significantly reduced the manual processing burden on employees, supported compliance, and helped deliver a secure and frictionless customer experience, contributing to the trust of their over two million users.
