AF Bostäder, one of Sweden’s largest student housing companies, needed a more efficient way to support students and manage surges in contact requests through its website. To improve availability and make it easier for students to reach them, they chose the Vergic Engage Platform from Vergic.
With Vergic Engage, AF Bostäder implemented channel routing to steer customers toward chat, along with pre-formed answers, shared documents, case management, and cobrowsing to streamline support. The results were a much higher first-contact resolution rate, plus significant reductions in email and phone volume, and the platform handled major peak days such as July admissions with up to 650 chats in a single day.
