MotorTrend, the automotive media brand owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, needed to modernize its digital experience while dealing with a legacy tech stack, slow build times, and a cumbersome release process. The results were dramatic: build times improved by up to 7x, production build time dropped from about 42 minutes to 6 minutes, and the average feature release timeline fell from 18.9 days to just 10 minutes.
