Facing a shrinking stenographic workforce (about 20% retired recently) and using a non-specialized transcription service with an inferior editor, vTestify needed a legal-focused, intuitive editing workflow, reliable QA/colloquy formatting, and a low‑cost way to scale depositions without sacrificing certified transcript quality.

Verbit delivered a legal-specialized transcription platform with QA formatting, collaboration tools, an in-house scopist, searchable video and speech-to-text, OCR exhibits and cloud storage, producing certified transcripts immediately available for review. The Verbit partnership improved efficiencies, enabled vTestify to service and scale more depositions, and cut deposition capture costs roughly in half while delivering transcripts that clients say are equal to stenographic originals within the margin of error.
