Axia Women’s Health Deploys the Verato Universal™ MPI in 6 Weeks

Axia Women’s Health, the largest integrated OB/GYN provider in the U.S. with more than 275 providers and 100 women’s health centers, needed to unify fragmented patient records across merged practices and external data sources to enable seamless care coordination. To solve this, Axia selected Verato and its cloud-based Verato Universal™ Master Patient Index (MPI) to address inaccurate patient matching and scale quickly with existing systems.

Verato implemented the Verato Universal MPI and integrated it with Axia’s eClinicalWorks EMR, deploying the solution in just six weeks. Using Referential Matching against a pre-mastered U.S. demographic database, Verato linked disparate internal records and improved matching of external claims and clinical data—delivering faster, more accurate patient matching, enterprise-ready analytics, and a lower-cost, quicker implementation than traditional MPI approaches.
