With Veradigm’s certified portal, FollowMyHealth, the group moved from its in-house portal to a platform that let patients schedule appointments, view test results, and send secure messages.

Veradigm helped Sharp Rees-Stealy implement FollowMyHealth across its doctors and hospital data sources, while the medical group drove adoption through email, mailings, staff training, and physician advocacy. The result was more than 190,000 enrolled patients, a 54% increase in online appointment scheduling year over year, and a monthly record of 6,213 online appointments, improving both efficiency and patient satisfaction.
