This included features like real-time appointment scheduling, mobile check-in, automated reminders, and secure messaging. The results were significant, with Femwell anticipating a more than 20% reduction in patient no-show rates and cost reductions from automating manual tasks. This increase in efficiency was expected to allow facilities to schedule an average of two-and-a-half new appointments per doctor daily, providing a strong return on investment.
