United Nations International School of Hanoi (UNIS Hanoi) faced a rapid shift to remote learning and needed a way to set clear expectations, train teachers and families, and centralize communications while minimizing redundant work. UNIS Hanoi was already using Veracross (including the Veracross LMS and Axiom reporting) for its gradebook and turned to those tools to support the transition.

Veracross enabled UNIS Hanoi to publish weekly lesson plans, use assignment dropboxes and parent/student overrides, preview views with the impersonation feature, and create test accounts to speed teacher onboarding. Using Veracross and Axiom reporting the school streamlined communications, moved submissions and feedback online, and produced reports and charts (logins, assignments, etc.) to demonstrate ongoing learning to parents and the community.
