The Montessori School of Raleigh, a private accredited Montessori school with about 350 students across Raleigh and Durham, faced recurring parent feedback that its online admissions and family portal were confusing. Parents were getting stuck during enrollment, unsure how to complete applications or update household and student profiles, signaling that their student information system and portals needed to be more intuitive. To address this, MSR turned to Veracross and its web-based school information system.
