A Whole-School Solution for The Epstein School

The Epstein School, an independent Jewish day school in Sandy Springs, GA, had used Senior Systems for 18 years before learning that key parts of the platform would be sunset. With academics and accounting in one system and admissions and development in others, the school faced rising complexity, contract renewals, and a clear need for a new student information system. Veracross was selected as the replacement, giving the school an opportunity to rethink its whole-school technology approach.

Veracross implemented a one-person, one-record SIS that now supports Academics, Admission & Enrollment, Accounting, Student Billing, and Development. The result has been stronger collaboration, fewer silos, and a more streamlined experience for staff and families, with easier access to shared data and more self-service across departments. According to the school, Veracross has saved significant time on data handling and enabled the team to ask bigger questions of their information and make more informed decisions.
