Park City Day School implemented the Veracross student information system, rolling out Academics, Admissions & Enrollment, Student Billing, and later Development. With Veracross, the school saw faster, more user-friendly support, a simpler interface for teachers and parents, and much better family communication through tools like the built-in email builder and Parent Portal. The switch led to a major improvement in day-to-day operations and communication, with staff describing the change as a “180” and noting that support responses often came within hours.
