Jet Mail’s Fulfillment Business Soars with VeraCore

Jet Mail, a Hudson, MA–based leader in direct mail and fulfillment, was outgrowing its legacy system as customers demanded more complex order processing and better online tools. Seeking a partner with a purpose-built solution, Jet Mail selected VeraCore Software Solutions and its cloud-hosted VeraCore fulfillment platform to meet those needs.

VeraCore Software Solutions deployed its real-time hosted fulfillment system—using import tools, configurable order processing, customer-facing storefronts, comprehensive reporting and integrations (NetSuite, PageDNA)—and provided hands-on migration support. The result: a seamless launch (first client live by February), expansion from four storefronts to eleven in under a year, reduced fulfillment time and costs, improved order flexibility (including print-on-demand and serial-number management), and new customer wins.
