Great Lakes Integrated and VeraCore: 20 Years of Success

Great Lakes Integrated is a Cleveland-based multi-channel marketing and fulfillment provider that needed to scale and modernize its warehousing and distribution as client demands diversified. To manage growing inventory complexity and ensure precise tracking and order accuracy, Great Lakes Integrated implemented the VeraCore Fulfillment Solution from VeraCore Software Solutions in 1993 as the backbone of its fulfillment operations.

VeraCore Software Solutions delivered a flexible, rules-based fulfillment platform that GLI integrated with other technologies (Pageflex, commercial shopping carts such as Shopify) and used to automate workflows—from pick/pack forms to post‑campaign reporting. The solution enabled GLI to manage a 200,000 sq. ft. DC with over 20,000 SKUs for nearly 100 clients, ship roughly 1,500 packages per day, eliminate at least a dozen process steps in a lead‑generation program, improve order accuracy, and expand into e‑commerce, VMI and broader client solutions.
