Crossworx, an Ontario-based fulfillment and marketing start-up founded in 2014, won a major account with one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and faced a complex, high-stakes onboarding: multiple stakeholders and order channels, bilingual ordering, custom patient-specific documentation, strict access controls and zero tolerance for errors. To build the business on a reliable platform, Crossworx selected VeraCore Software Solutions and implemented the VeraCore Fulfillment Solution (Order Management System and Warehouse Management System).
VeraCore delivered a turnkey solution—its OMS handled electronic order intake with flexible import mapping, bilingual B2B shopping carts and real-time dashboards and custom reports, while its WMS managed receiving, directed putaway, kit assembly, wave picking/packing, shipping and cycle counting. The VeraCore implementation enabled Crossworx to manage ~1,200 SKUs, accept orders across North America, ship roughly 50 orders per day (hundreds weekly) and provide instant, auditable reporting and high order accuracy within the first month.
