Large American Movie Studio Company was generating payment statements with a custom .NET application but had to manually retrieve and email each unprotected statement to talent; building a secure portal was considered but would have been time-consuming, costly and administratively burdensome. Vera integrated with the homegrown application to protect statements the moment they were generated and used Vera’s email connector to automate delivery, eliminating all manual steps. As a result, talent can access protected statements anytime from any device without passwords or installs, and the studio removed manual processing and significant administrative overhead.
