Frontline AIDS, a global organization working on HIV, health, and human rights, faced challenges with its underutilized Salesforce system. They also built a Salesforce Customer Community for applicant self-registration and revamped the Accreditation system. This provided Frontline AIDS with a unified platform to manage over 325 projects, track funding, and engage with grantees. Following the launch, Vera provided ongoing support and training to drive user adoption across the organization.
