AVPN centralizes data for 600+ members with Vera Solutions

The Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN), a leading social investor network in Asia, faced a significant challenge with its data being dispersed across numerous systems like Excel, MailChimp, and Eventbrite, leading to duplication and inconsistent reporting. To centralize its operations, AVPN partnered with vendor Vera Solutions to design and implement a Salesforce CRM system for membership management.

Vera Solutions implemented a Salesforce Lightning solution, later enhanced with their Many2Many product, to create a centralized source of truth. This provided AVPN with a 360-degree view of member engagements and introduced powerful tagging functionality. The result was seamless collaboration across teams, transparent data, and the ability to easily track connections and thematic relevance among members, equipping AVPN with the data needed to bolster support for the philanthropic community in Asia.
