To better understand passenger movement and tailor its services, MAG partnered with vendor Veovo to implement its Passenger Flow Management solution.

Veovo's solution uses a sensor-agnostic analytics platform that combines LiDAR, 3D stereo cameras, and Wi-Fi data to provide real-time, flight-specific insights into passenger flow, queue times, and dwell patterns. This implementation by Veovo enables MAG to make data-driven decisions to reduce wait times, improve operational planning, and ultimately deliver a more seamless and enjoyable passenger experience from curb to gate.
