NFL Films Studio, a 3-story, 200,000 sq. ft. glass‑encased film lab in Mt. Laurel, NJ and one of the country’s largest consumers of motion picture film, required reliable thermal energy, cooling and emergency power along with comprehensive facility management. Veolia North America was engaged to provide facility operations and management services, including central plant operation, O&M of thermal and electrical assets, security, maintenance, fire systems and waste removal.

Veolia North America operates the studio’s central plant and supplies up to 800 tons of cooling, 10,896 lbs./hr of steam, heating/hot water and emergency electricity using two 400‑ton centrifugal chillers, an 800‑ton cooling tower, three boilers, 13 air handling systems and two standby generators. By delivering turnkey O&M and support services, Veolia North America ensures continuous production capacity, reliable emergency power and streamlined facility operations—with measurable capacity and redundancy to support NFL Films Studio’s mission‑critical workflows.
