BroadSoft, a provider of business messaging, collaboration, CRM, order management and BI for Fortune 500 companies, faced three key challenges: modernize its product to compete with new collaboration tools, strengthen sales and brand messaging, and accelerate installations while cutting support costs. Ventive was engaged to help, working with BroadSoft product teams to define a new Communications Hub (a unified collaboration platform) and to redesign the B2B website and customer-facing systems.

Ventive delivered a unified Communications Hub (video, chat, file‑sharing) that integrated users’ apps and simplified the UC experience, established a single design system and content strategy for the website, and rebuilt a mobile‑first customer portal with fast search (converting thousands of PDF pages into crawlable HTML) plus a redesigned ticketing flow that routes users to self‑help. As a result, Ventive’s work drove broader adoption of UC‑One across large corporations, improved installer experience, reduced support burden, accelerated installation throughput and lowered costs while increasing site conversion and clearer brand messaging.
