EMPLOYERS, a nearly century-old workers’ compensation insurer operating in 30 states, needed to move off an in‑house claims system to improve efficiency, oversight and regulatory compliance while staying focused on core operations. After surveying solutions, EMPLOYERS selected iVOS deployed by Ventiv Technology to provide an integrated, configurable claims platform that would automate workflows, improve intake and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Ventiv Technology implemented iVOS modules for imaging, workflow automation, case management, Central Output Management and bill payment integrations, enabling faster intake, automated routing to nurse case managers and centralized distribution. Results included scanning rising from 400 to 8,000 pages, indexing improving from 60 to 90 documents, non‑medical bill payments increasing from 11 to 15 per hour, and automated mail distribution (85% of packages under eight pages) — delivering measurable productivity gains and stronger claims oversight.
