Ventiv Technology’s RiskConsole solution provided a single secure database with role‑based access for internal teams and three brokers, PDF document attachment and automated alerts for high‑impact incidents, replacing paper files and isolated spreadsheets. The unified system delivered a global view across five business lines and 17 countries, improved claims monitoring and self‑service, sped up renewal data collection and strengthened negotiating leverage with insurers—streamlining consultations, reducing error risk and enabling clearer, company‑wide risk management.
