RTC Solutions, a designer of digital control solutions since 2002, needed an upright saw station able to cut honeycomb panels made from a variety of materials (aluminum, plastic) and in differing sizes and thicknesses. To meet this unique challenge they worked with Vention, leveraging support from Vention's application engineers to develop the right approach.

With Vention's support RTC produced the ideal saw station featuring a carriage that moves side-to-side and up-and-down to accommodate varied panel types and dimensions. The solution was completed in 30 days, with equipment cost of $13,000, 12 hours of design time, and 8 hours of assembly time, delivering a versatile, quickly implemented production tool.
