Ora Graphene partnered with Vention to automate a repetitive, labor-intensive inspection and packaging process for its graphene-based audio components. As demand for its headphones grew, the company needed to scale production while maintaining quality, but its in-house manufacturing relied on manual sample verification and custom packaging, which slowed output and limited capacity.

Vention implemented two pick-and-place machines built with a Vention vacuum and conveyor system, a MachineMotion controller, and an Epson T6 robot. The solution automated weighing, inspection, imaging, and packaging, helping Ora Graphene increase production volume 4x, reallocate employees to higher-value work, and achieve ROI in about 7 months while improving profit margins.
