Vention’s Kaizen team delivered a custom, ergonomic workstation that allowed line workers to handle assembly steps more safely and efficiently, with fast iteration and real-time tracking of cost and assembly time. The solution was completed in 7 days with $1,768 USD in equipment cost, 2 hours of design time and 5 hours of assembly time, and Luminis reported they “loved the ability to develop the workstation in just a few iterations, while tracking real-time cost and assembly time.”
