Vention provided a creative Robot Pedestal — a pivoting UR stand (designed for a UR5) that accommodates constrained environments and replaces a traditional “roll away” style stand.

Vention’s team designed and delivered the pivoting UR stand in seven days, with $2,000 USD equipment cost, 2 hours of design time and 24 hours of assembly. The stand rotates in and out of position and locks at each extent with sensor feedback to the controller, enabling reliable tool changes in confined spaces and improving workflow efficiency for Axis New York.
