Thomas International, a leading provider of psychometric assessments and talent management solutions for SMBs, needed help strengthening its core technology to maintain its position in HR consultancy. Vention supported the company through staff augmentation, initially adding engineers to validate and enhance the platform and later expanding into a dedicated team for legacy product modernization.
