Sungage Financial, a company focused on financing solar projects, needed a more capable CRM to support its growing solar lending business and evolving product offerings. Vention, a Salesforce partner with deep implementation experience, was brought in to enhance Sungage’s built-in Salesforce CRM and add new features for managing loan and installer programs.
Vention implemented Salesforce-based functionality for special buy-down programs and more affordable solar loans, enabled battery-only lending, and upgraded the CRM for the Salesforce Spring ’21 release without losing any data or functionality. As a result, Sungage Financial used its CRM 30% more effectively, attracted more customers, raised additional revenue, and expanded partnerships with major banks such as NBT Bank and DCU.
