DealCloud, a fintech company providing CRM and deal management software for private capital markets, needed to replace its aging, inflexible SharePoint-based infrastructure. Vention was selected to develop custom web and mobile CRM applications that would help users manage deals and connect with third-party data providers on the go.

Vention built the platform with a scalable, agile team spanning web development, DevOps, QA, and mobile, later expanding to support new modules and the connected firm management solution OnePlace after DealCloud was acquired by Intapp. The result was a more robust platform that helped DealCloud double its client roster and now supports over 25,000 principal investors, M&A advisors, and other deal professionals.
