Colt Technology Services needed a proven, long‑term partner with deep Microsoft technology and Quality Assurance expertise, plus strong FinTech domain knowledge to support a complex trading platform offering spread betting, CFD and Forex across 12,000+ global markets. Vention was engaged to provide a dedicated development and QA capability, leveraging Microsoft/.NET technologies and test automation services to meet these requirements.
Vention delivered a visually rich web trading application and end‑to‑end QA—combining test automation and manual testing—using a stack that included Angular, TypeScript, .NET, MSSQL and QA tools like Apache JMeter and NeoLoad. The work was carried out over a three‑year engagement with a 37‑member team, enabling a production‑grade trading platform that supports thousands of markets and provides sustained development and testing capacity under Vention’s stewardship.
