Ricoh USA, an information management and digital services company, needed a more flexible and efficient eDiscovery workflow. Its previous system was rigid, difficult to change midstream, and too limited for the large data volumes and self-service access its legal clients needed, so Ricoh turned to Venio Systems and its VenioOne OnDemand platform.
Venio Systems worked with Ricoh to create Ricoh eDiscovery OnDemand, a cloud-based self-service solution for processing, reviewing, analyzing, and producing data with custom workflows and strong security. The result was a faster, easier-to-use platform that now manages 75% of Ricoh’s projects, improved operational efficiency, supported recurring revenue, and earned strong marks for processing, automation, workflows, and end-to-end EDRM functionality.
