Case Study: Mindjet launches 10-language software release with Venga Global

3 months to translate a major software application into 10 languages

Mindjet, a San Francisco-based software company, faced a significant challenge following its merger with Spigit. They needed to consolidate two localization efforts and urgently translate the SpigitEngage application into 10 languages within a tight three-month deadline while also establishing a new, unified Agile process. To tackle this complex project, they partnered with the localization vendor Venga Global.

Venga implemented a six-step solution that included process discovery, asset creation, and Agile localization mechanics. This allowed them to successfully deliver the high-quality, multilingual release on schedule. The results included the filing and fixing of 1,000 bugs on the legacy product, happy end-clients, and significant time and cost savings. Due to this success, Venga was subsequently engaged to localize four additional applications for Mindjet, establishing a foundation for ongoing international expansion.
