The results were significant: panel usage increased by 160% in the first 12 months, estimated savings reached $640,000, and councils save an average of 2.5 hours per quote. Over time, more than 30 NSW councils adopted the system, helping LGP improve governance, reduce risk, and deliver millions in savings each year.
