BGIS adopts procurement ecosystem model to improve compliance and advance social procurement

BGIS, a global facilities and asset management company with more than 1,400 employees across APAC, needed better control, visibility, and compliance across its long-tail operational spend. To replace manual go-to-market processes, BGIS evaluated sourcing solutions and selected VendorPanel’s Source to Contract platform, seeking a more flexible alternative to ERP-based eSourcing tools.

VendorPanel integrated with BGIS’s existing systems, including Avetta and Manhattan, to create an open procurement ecosystem that linked supplier sourcing with compliance data. The result was improved transparency, auditable records, and easier decision-making for decentralized buyers, who can now see supplier compliance badges at the point of discovery and identify social enterprise suppliers more easily.
