The Villages Entertainment, the events arm of The large retirement community near Orlando, runs a dozen venues presenting 200+ live events a year and sells about 250,000 tickets annually. Their aging ticketing system couldn’t keep up with growth: reporting and patron analysis were manual and time-consuming, the website was static and not mobile-friendly, patrons couldn’t view seating maps, and online sales languished at roughly 3%.
