Santa Clara University Athletics, a high-profile program that tickets nine Division I sports across five facilities and serves about 75,000 patrons annually, struggled with a wholly paper-based box office. With no online sales, manual order sheets, slow reporting and a constantly changing roster of volunteers, SCU faced long lines, limited outreach and time-consuming training and administration.
After deploying Vendini’s all-in-one ticketing and patron management system, SCU launched online and mobile ticket sales, mobile scanning, automated email marketing and integrated membership management. The result: shorter lines and higher patron satisfaction, on-the-spot reporting, much easier volunteer training and at least a 30% reduction in time spent on season-ticket renewals, enabling more efficient operations and better service.
